YOUR ROLE
Our company, specialized in the distribution of automotive parts, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in France and develop our activities in the Belgian, German and Italian markets. You will be responsible for growing our sales in these territories by coordinating our sales efforts and developing lasting relationships with our customers and partners.
During your two-year work-study program, you will work closely with our experienced project management team, who will guide you and help you develop your skills. You will be involved in a variety of projects, covering different business areas and collaborating with multicultural teams.
Main responsibilities :
- Define and implement the sales strategy for the French, Belgian, German and Italian markets, in close collaboration with management.
- Manage and lead a sales team in France to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities in target countries.
- Participate in trade shows and events to promote our products and develop our network.
- Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure quality customer service and efficient deliveries.
- Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities and take corrective action where necessary.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- MBA Management International Business student.
- Successful experience in automotive parts sales, preferably in a management or sales coordination role.
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales people towards achieving objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to travel regularly in Belgium, Germany and Italy (approx. 35% of the time).Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in German and Italian is an asset.In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector and its players.Self-starter, results-oriented and stress-resistant.
